Chains for the construction industry
Formwork tensioning and shoring chains are manufactured according to DIN 5685 with draw chain hooks on both sides for civil engineering. Formwork tensioning and shoring chains are also referred to as channel chains or sheet piling chains, as they are used for shoring sheet piles to secure walls in excavation pits above a certain height. Suspended scaffold chains are used for suspended scaffolds, s for example for the renovation of tall buildings and motorway bridges. Suspended scaffold chains are tested quality chains with a catch plate and a tension lever.
Lock chains
To secure motorcycles, bicycles, quads, caravans and sport boats, we manufacture lock chains from round, square or hexagonal wire (stainless steel). In order to make the chains particularly resistant to attempted theft, the steels are specially hardened in our in-house hardening facility.
Chain accessories / connecting elements
As accessories for our chains, we supply suspension links, intermediate links, suspension heads, connecting links (optionally with grub screw) and snap hooks (all also in stainless steel). We also supply forged components such as hooks, claws and two-piece connecting links .
